Denn nun wird klar: Die Eifersucht hat nichts mit meinem Partner, sondern alles mit mir und meinem Inneren zu tun. Der Partner mag zwar der Auslöser für diese Gefühle sein, den Nährboden dafür aber bereiten wir selber. Und zwar in Form eines angeknacksten Selbstwertgefühls. Etwas erregt uns, wir verlieren den Kopf und werden wütend und eifersüchtig. Wir sind wie ein Roboter, der ein Programm abspielt — das Eifersuchtsprogramm. Wir verlieren die bewusste Kontrolle über unser Handeln und. Und wie lautet die Abhilfe. Eben in diesen Situationen, wo das Gefühl der Eifersucht aufkommt, musst du dir selbst bewusst werden und den Kreislauf unterbrechen. Denn sobald das Gefühl dich überwältigt hat, hast du verloren.
